Q: Do you offer digital downloads?
A: Yes! Some of our designs are available as instant PDF downloads. Digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to the USA, Canada, and many international destinations.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Production takes 2–5 business days, then:

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import/customs fees.
Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days with photos.
Q: Can I return or exchange a digital download?
A: No. All digital downloads are final sale.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we can’t change the address.

A: We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal, processed securely through Shopify.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once production has started, cancellations aren’t possible.
